Terms, refunds & refills

Payments
Balance is added with cryptocurrency through Cryptomus. Deposits are credited automatically once the payment is confirmed. Balance is used only for orders on this panel and is not withdrawable as cash.
Orders
Enter a public link and a quantity within the service's min and max. Make sure the account or post stays public until delivery finishes. Orders with a wrong or private link may not be refundable.
Refunds
If an order is cancelled or only partly delivered, the undelivered amount is returned to your balance automatically. We do not refund completed orders.
Refills
Services marked with refill are covered for the period shown on the service (usually 30 days). If the count drops in that period, request a refill from your orders page. Services without refill have no drop guarantee.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for following the rules of each social platform. We may refuse or cancel orders for illegal content. Engagement delivered is not from real individuals.
API
API resellers follow the same rules. Keep your API key private; orders placed with your key are charged to your balance.
Changes
Prices and services can change at any time based on supplier availability. Orders already placed keep the price charged.
